What are the prizes for this contest?

TWENTY (20) GRAND PRIZES: $10,000 (check or deposited directly into winner's QuickBooks Checking account) and ten (10) one-hour virtual coaching sessions. The dates and times of these sessions will be solely determined by Sponsor. In addition, Grand Prize winner may participate in Intuit's Adopt a Small Business program that includes a series of webinars focused on Intuit's QuickBooks product. Dates and times will be determined by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $12,000.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes or withholdings and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use as required by law. Limit: One (1) prize per Business. Prizes will be fulfilled 8 - 10 weeks after the end of the Contest.

How many times can I enter the contest?

You may enter once per the duration of the promotion.

How many prizes could I win?

There is a limit of one prize per person.

How will I know if I'm the contest winner?

On or around August 15, 2024, potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email to the Business Owner who completed the entry. Business Owner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and, where not prohibited, a Publicity Release ("Declaration") which must be received by Administrator, within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her/the prize. If a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information, within the required time period (if applicable), the potential Grand prize winner forfeits the prize. If a potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up, if any, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Up to three (3) alternate winners may be determined, after which the applicable Grand Prize will remain un-awarded. Once the winners are confirmed and prizes are fulfilled, an official win list will be posted. A direct link to this list can be found in the Official Rules.

Can I change the essay I uploaded?

Essays cannot be modified or deleted once they are submitted for any reason.

I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?

I think I’m having technical issues. What should I do?

Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.

I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.

Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
